The FPSE Block Captain Initiative 2013 is underway. Do you know a neighbor that is, or are you, a great advocate for your neighborhood or block? Have you ever considered being a Block Captain? If you are interested, or even just curious about what it means to be a Block Captain, this is a session you don’t want to miss. We encourage you to attend the upcoming meeting and training session for 2013.
