This week is an opportunity for all of us to do what we can to ensure the elderly people in our neighborhoods, and in our own families, are safe from neglect and exploitation. It can be as easy as dropping by once a week, listening to their concerns, and helping out where you can. Fraud is an issue as well as neglect and abuse.
