Special notice from the St. Louis Alliance for Reentry (STAR)

The St. Louis City Municipal Court is offering a Warrant Forgiveness Program for individuals wishing to cancel warrants and receive a new court date. Those interested should come to the City Municipal Court at 1520 Market Street (use 16th Street entrance) between 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. from Monday, September 22 through Friday, September 26.

Exceptions for the Forgiveness Program include charges of DUI/DWI and leaving the scene of a crime. Charges covered by a bond may have a reduced bond rate. All bonds are cash only.

A charge of $35 will be issued for warrants to be cancelled and a new court date given, despite the age and number of warrant(s). If the case(s) are assessed then fines and/or court costs will be assessed a minimum payment of $100 on the return of the court date.
