  • Please complete the census form. It takes only a few minutes and funding for the next 10 years is based on the population counts. Let’s get what our neighborhood is due!
  • Beautify your property and support Brightside St. Louis by ordering some spring flower bulbs.
  • If you have time, please participate in the FPSE Virtual Walk Audit on Friday, August 28.

Ongoing Updates/Feedback

Forest Park Southeast Development Process: The board has been in ongoing discussions about the development process, the NA’s future role, and communication requests with the FPSE development committee. We would like to hear your feedback on the current process-to-date, how we can continue to increase awareness, and support the neighborhood’s long-term goals of responsible development.

Drury: We invited the folks from Drury to come to the August meeting, but they declined to attend until they have an update due to a hold on all projects and development nationwide.  If you have any specific questions, we would be happy to pass them along. In the meantime, here’s a recent article that dives a little bit deeper into Drury’s history in the neighborhood.

Announcements
National Night Out: We will make a judgement call closer to the date, but would like you to save the date for this year’s National Night Out – October 10, 2020.

Tamm Avenue Playground:  Forest Park Forever is requesting feedback from community members, businesses, and organizations regarding what play equipment, features, and amenities they would like to see in the new Tamm Ave. playground. You may attend meetings 9/10 or 9/12 or submit your feedback electronically by filling out the survey @ forestparkforever.org/tammplayground.  See the flyer for additional details.
