The crime report for April has been posted and a link is below. Forest Park Southeast was able to cut total crimes by more than 50% from last April. While January was an abnormal month across the whole city, the past three months (Feb-Apr) have all been reductions from monthly totals from 2012. The year-to-date totals for crime in 2013 are 113, where as last year at this point we had already reached 154. Initiatives such as the Neighborhood Ownership Model, bike patrols and block captains are playing an intricate role in crime reduction. Keep up the great work!
