A reminder from the Missouri Department of Transportation:

MoDOT will close westbound I-64 lanes in St. Louis City January 25-27

Drivers heading out of downtown will need to use I-70, I-44 or I-55 the weekend of January 25-27 as crews will have westbound I-64 closed near Tower Grove for utility work.

Crews will close westbound I-64 at 12:01 a.m. Saturday, January 25, between Ewing and Kingshighway. In addition, the ramps from Pine, Jefferson, Market and Grand to westbound I-64 will close at this time.

No work or lane closures are scheduled for eastbound I-64.  All lanes and ramps will be reopened by 5 a.m., Monday, January 27.

The detour for westbound I-64 will be to get off the interstate at the Forest Park Avenue exit (exit 38A) and follow Forest Park Avenue to Kingshighway. After turning left onto Kingshighway, drivers will follow Kingshighway back to the interstate.
